Refund Policy
Punch Cards & Class Cancellations
Punch card purchases are non-refundable. However, the remaining value of a punch card may be applied as a credit toward other eligible services offered by Alpha Therapy & Training. If you need to cancel a class more than 24 hours in advance, you may cancel your reservation through our website. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of the class, please contact us directly. Unless we hear from you, the class will still be charged or deducted from your punch card. We understand that illness, emergencies, and unexpected circumstances happen and are happy to work with you when you reach out. If you have any difficulty cancelling a reservation online, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Physical Therapy & Personal Training
We understand that schedules can change. Physical therapy and personal training appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without a charge when at least 24 hours' notice is provided. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled session rate.
